During the Registration Phase, each team must complete the registration process. For teams participating in the Anthropometric Data Extraction track, submission of the participation form is also required. Furthermore, all teams must submit their Idea Submission by September 15, 2025 at 23:59 Central European Time (UTC+2).

For Phase 1 - Idea Submission, you will need to submit a pdf file containing your Core Idea and Innovation, Technical Solution, Implementation Plan, and Risk and Challenges involved in your solution to the platform. participants can check the specific format and detailed submission instructions through this link.
For Phase2 - Final Project Submission, you will need to submit a zip file containing all required files, including your codebase and technical document, and compress them into a single zip folder for submission and upload it to the platform. participants can check the specific format and detailed submission instructions through this link.
If two or more submissions have the same score, the following tiebreakers will be used:
Up to 8 winning teams will be invited to Munich to join the on-site Ceremony event. For participants from universities out of Germany, travel and accommodation costs will be fully covered by Huawei.
This step will take place on a working day in November, 2025 in Munich, Germany. (The specific date and time for the awards ceremony shall be communicated to the winning teams via email.)
Selected teams will pitch their innovative solutions to a panel of Huawei experts for a chance to win cash prizes, internship opportunities, or a trip to China!

Yes, a total of 8 teams of the Final phase will be designated as Huawei Competition Students and will be offered internship opportunities within Huawei. Additionally, outstanding participants will have the chance to visit Huawei’s headquarters in China, providing an incredible insight into one of the world's leading tech companies.
All participants who make it to the on-site ceremony event will receive unique Huawei souvenirs to commemorate their experience in the 2025 Munich Tech Arena.
