Huawei Tech Arena Munich - Media Technology

The 1st Munich Tech Arena - Media Technology Competition, held from September 2024 to January 2025, focused on personalized spatial audio technology, with the goal of enhancing spatial positioning and immersive audio rendering. The competition attracted 120 teams and 272 applicants from 88 European universities, showcasing the high level of innovation and competition in the field. By tackling the challenge of precise HRTF generation, a key issue for both academia and industry, the event provided valuable insights for overcoming current product rendering limitations.
